材料 Ingredients:
- 黨參(5錢) Dang Shen (19g)
- 沙參(5錢) Sha Shen (19g)
- 玉竹(5錢) Yu Zhu (19g)
- 陳皮(2片) Dried Tangerine Peel (2 Slices)
- 百合(5錢) Lility Bulbs (19g)
- 蓮藕(半斤) Lotus Roots (300g)
- 豬筒骨(約一斤) Prok Ribs (600g)
煮法:
將所有材料清洗備用。Rinse all ingredients set aside.
蓮藕去皮後切塊備用。Peel Lotues Roots and cut into pieces.
準備另一煲水,水滾後放入豬筒骨,待出了一層油及雜質後,撈起備用。 Bring water to the boil put scald the Pork Ribs set aside.
- 然後注15-18碗水於煲內,先將陳皮放入,水滾後再放入全部材料,用大火煲半小時後,再改用小火煲一小時加鹽調味即可。Bring 15-18 bowls water to the boil, put all ingredients into a pot . Cook over high heat for 30mins after reduce to low heat and cook for 1 hour. Season with salt and serve.
